Aesop Facial Appointments T&Cs Welcome to Aesop's Facial Appointment service. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they govern your booking and experience with us. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

1.1. "Aesop", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Aesop UK Limited.

1.2. "Client", "you", or "your" refers to the individual booking or receiving an Aesop Facial Appointment.

1.3. "Treatment Space(s)" refers to the specific location where your facial appointment is scheduled.

1.4. "Service" or "Facial Appointment" refers to the facial treatments offered by Aesop.

1.5. "Booking Platform" refers to the online booking platform used for managing Facial Appointments at select Aesop Treatment Spaces.

1.6. "Consultation Form" refers to the Pre-Facial Appointment Consultation and Consent Form that all clients are required to complete prior to their Facial Appointment.

2. General Appointment Information

2.1. Aesop Facial Appointments are offered at select Aesop Treatment Spaces within the United Kingdom.

2.2. Please allow up to an additional 30 minutes for your pre- and post-facial consultation, beyond the stated treatment time.

2.3. All Facial Appointments begin with a consultation to understand your skin's needs. You are required to complete a Consultation Form prior to your Facial Appointment.

2.4. We reserve the right to decline or modify a Facial Appointment if, based on the information provided in your Consultation Form or during consultation, a treatment is deemed unsuitable for you due to a contraindication or other health concerns. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in your appointment not proceeding.

2.5. Aesop is committed to upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene in accordance with all applicable UK legislation and guidelines for beauty and facial treatment services. Our Treatment Spaces adhere to stringent protocols for cleanliness, equipment sterilisation, and staff training to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients .

3. Relevant Health Information

3.1. If you have any health conditions that could impact your Facial Appointment, including but not limited to pregnancy, recent surgery, or any other medical concerns, you must call your specific Treatment Space ahead of your scheduled booking to discuss these with our team. This allows us to ensure your safety and tailor the service appropriately, and, where relevant, to capture this information in your Consultation Form.

3.2. You confirm that you have disclosed all known conditions relevant to your Facial Appointment and have answered all questions honestly. You understand that a failure to disclose the required information may result in an undesirable Facial Appointment and/or skin irritation, for which Aesop shall not be liable, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

4. Booking and Payment

4.1. All Facial Appointments are booked via the Booking Platform.

4.2 Payment for your Facial Appointment will be processed in-store after your treatment.

4.3. All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

5.1. You may cancel or reschedule your Facial Appointment free of charge if you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

5.2. You can modify or cancel your appointment through the Booking Platform. Alternatively, please call your specific Treatment Space directly to manage your booking.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

6.1. Aesop and its therapists will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Facial Appointment services.

6.2. You understand that you are entering into this Facial Appointment voluntarily and accept the risks associated with this Facial Appointment.

6.3. While Aesop endeavours to ensure the quality and safety of all products and Facial Appointments performed, the products used are not guaranteed to be free from irritation or adverse reaction resulting from an allergy, condition or interaction with the products on your skin.

6.4. Aesop shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising out of or in connection with the Facial Appointment, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by our negligence ).

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials relating to Aesop Facial Appointments, including descriptions, imagery, and branding, are the intellectual property of Aesop UK Limited.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1. Any personal (including sensitive, such as health information) information collected as part of your Facial Appointment, including the booking form, will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which is available in-store and on our website.

8.2. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only document necessary information related to contraindications or workarounds and will avoid noting health information wherever possible .

8.3. Consultation notes and information collected will be used internally to support the tailoring of your service.

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Aesop reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Aesop website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
