In addition to the times listed, please allow 15 minutes for your pre-treatment consultation, and another 15 minutes for a post-treatment discussion.

Upon arrival
You will be greeted by your facial therapist and welcomed into the serene atmosphere of a private treatment room, away from the noise and liveliness of the surrounding city. Your facial therapist will begin with a personalised consultation to better understand your skin and lifestyle.
Treatment
Your treatment will then unfold as a truly singular experience: tailored to address those unique needs identified in your consultation. Formulations will be hand-picked to best suit your skin.
To finish
Finding yourself thoroughly replenished—of skin and of spirit—you will be left to relax and make use of complementary Aesop essentials. Your facial therapist will then return to discuss your experience, and anything it may have revealed about your skin’s individual needs.
