Aesop Gift Cards
IMPORTANT NOTE: From 28 September 2025, Digital Gift Cards will be temporarily unavailable for online redemption due to a system change. As such, we encourage you to place your online orders before 28 September 2025, prior to the system change taking effect.

- These terms relate to the purchase and use of Aesop physical gift cards (“Physical Gift Cards”) and Digital gift cards (“Digital Gift Cards”) (together, “Gift Cards”).
- Aesop Physical Gift Cards entitle the owner to purchase products up to the nominated value at any Aesop Signature Store within the country and currency in which the card was purchased. Full list of Aesop’s Signature Stores:
www.aesop.com/ustorelocator/location/map. - The minimum and maximum values that can be added to a Gift Card vary by country. For customers based in the UK, the minimum value is fifteen GPB (£15.00), and the maximum is two hundred and fifty GBP (£250.00).
- The value on the Gift Card can be used for purchases in whole or in part, and on multiple occasions at Aesop Signature Stores and for Facial Appointments at selected Aesop spaces. Full list of Aesop’s Signature Stores: www.aesop.com/ustorelocator/location/map.
- Purchases of Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, exchanged or redeemed for cash, or transferred to another digital or physical gift card or owner.
- For customer based in the UK, Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the Gift Card will have a nil balance.

- Each Gift Card is linked to a unique Gift Card Number and Pin to ensure its security and integrity and allow for multiple transactions.
- You should treat your Gift Card as cash. We cannot always replace lost or stolen Gift Cards or refund the balance of a Gift Card.
- If your Gift Card becomes accidentally damaged or if you have any issues with using your Gift Card, please contact Aesop Customer Service.
- Products purchased using a Gift Card may be returned in line with the Aesop Global Customer Returns Policy linked here: https://uk.assistance.aesop.com/hc/en-gb/sections/7563418810767-Returns-and-exchanges.
- It is not possible to add value to an existing Gift Card; the refunded amount should be loaded onto a new Gift Card.
- In line with the Aesop Global Customer Returns Policy, products purchased with a Gift Card cannot be refunded for cash or refunded onto a credit card.
- Aesop will not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions for any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any losses related to any business including (without limitation) lost data, earnings or business interruption that result from the use of, or the inability to use, a Gift Card.
